By enrolling in a True Renewal subscription, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

## What You're Agreeing To

 

When you subscribe to a True Renewal product, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis every 4 weeks. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

## Billing

 

Your first charge occurs at the time of your initial order. Subsequent charges will occur every 4 weeks from your original purchase date. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge so you're never surprised.

## Pricing

 

Your subscription locks in the discounted subscription price at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days written notice to your email on file before any price change takes effect.

## How To Cancel

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. To cancel:

 

- **Log into your account** at shoptruerenewal.com and navigate to your subscription dashboard powered by Loop. From there you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription in just a few clicks — no phone call required.

- **Email us** at contact@shoptruerenewal.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and we'll handle it for you within 24 hours.

- **Contact us** through our website contact form at shoptruerenewal.com/pages/contact

 

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle. If you cancel after a charge has already processed, that order will still ship but no future charges will occur.

## Pausing Your Subscription

 

Don't want to cancel entirely? Through your Loop subscriber portal, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months with a single click. This is a great option if you're stocked up and just need a break.

## Modifying Your Subscription

 

You can change your delivery frequency, update your shipping address, or swap products at any time directly through your Loop subscriber portal at shoptruerenewal.com or by emailing us at contact@shoptruerenewal.com.

## Shipping

 

Subscription orders qualify for free shipping on all orders. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of each renewal date.

## Refunds & Our 365-Day Guarantee

 

Our 365-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. If you're unsatisfied for any reason within 365 days of your original purchase date, contact us at contact@shoptruerenewal.com for a full refund. Subsequent subscription renewals are covered by our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

## Failed Payments

 

If a payment fails, Loop will automatically attempt to reprocess your charge over the course of 14 days. You will be notified by email at each attempt so you can update your payment information if needed. To update your payment method at any time, simply log into your Loop subscriber portal at shoptruerenewal.com or email us at contact@shoptruerenewal.com. If payment cannot be collected after 14 days of attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused until your billing information is updated.
